How do I order?
You can order by
either filling out the online order form here
or by simply calling us on 1300 89 15 30
How do I Pay?
You can either pay by
Cash (if picking up), Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Internet Bank Transfer or by
depositing the funds into our bank account at any Westpac or Commonwealth
bank branch.
How do you deliver?
We use Fastway
Couriers or Couriers Please. Generally orders are delivered within 1 to 2
working days.
Can I pick up?
Yes, we always have
most of the computers in stock and you are most welcome to pick it up from
any of our two locations. Simply call us to place your order and we can have
the goods ready for pickup within 2 hours.
Where are you?
We have been trading
from Runcorn since 1995 and we also have an outlet at Underwood (Logan Rd).
Please make sure to call us before visiting us to ensure that someone is
there to assist you. As we offer onsite service & delivery we will be closed
at times so it's always a goods idea to call us first.
Do you offer after hours
service?
Yes, we offer after
hours Sales and Service from our Runcorn branch. Please call us and let us
know what time suits you. We do not answer phones after hours but we do
reply to SMSs.
I have files and emails on my
old computer? How can I transfer them to the new PC?
In most cases we can
do FREE data transfer - this includes emails, address book, My Documents
folder & your Internet Favourites. Simply bring your old computer and we can
do this while you wait.
